Accessibility at HBO Max

In the summer of 2022, I conducted research on additional accessibility features that would improve HBO Max. My research was organized by interviewing multiple associates within the company, three different comparative analyses of other streaming services, as well as scholarly articles and books.

I presented the results to over 50 of my colleagues at Warner Brothers Discovery the results. I recommended six accessibility features that could be implemented into the streaming service.
